Do you know?
Do you know what song was on my head since day 1 of n-service? Thing is, it's not metal. Neither is it kpop. It's a song that I have not listened to since at least 7 years ago. Here's it.
Today or Saturday, was the first time I listened to it since I ventured into metal about 7 years ago. It sounded so unfamiliar even though I knew how the vocal lines go. When I listened to it, the instrumentals sounded fresh. As in the structure of how the instruments ago (except the lead guitar part which plays a big, part in the song).
For no reason why, this song keeps playing in my head during this period of time (26th April to now). I haven't heard in on the radio etc. And when it plays on my mind, I could only remember the pre chorus, chorus and the guitar part.
Erh. I'm such a weirdo.
There's a history to this song. But it's now like 4am so maybe I shouldn't continue. Ah okay la. My bro bought that particular Matchbox Twenty album 10 years ago (when it was released). I was nine and was more of an idiot that how much I am an idiot today, I kinda wanted the mug (which comes along with the cd) for myself even though the cd belongs to my bro. And my bro, being 14, 14, didn't wanna let me have the mug and just go like, "nah take it". Ya that's all. Erh. Though that was 10 years ago, the incident is still quite clear on my head. I'm a weirdo.
Time flies, man. Seriously. Eh okay, just sometimes. As of now, time's crawling. I'm not referring to the micro way of looking at it such that I'm booked out, I'm referring to the macro view of looking at the 9 weeks Bee Am Tee.
Anyway, my field kemp's on the week after. It's one of the shittiest thing in the above mentioned 9-weeks shit. So I'm feeling pretty sian/worried. On Thursday when Rewz and DD's company came back after the 6 days field kemp, everyone from my company were like wtf. Without the rifles on, they really looked like construction workers. Or worse. And most of them couldn't walk properly after that. They were like zombies. Not the chilese ones that hop, I'm referring to those that drag their feet slowly. It's dirty, tiring... basically it's just shitty. When they got back, the other 2 companies could all smell the stench. Shitty. Erh. Okay.
4am cos I just got back home after watching Robin Hood at quite a late time with Rewz and DD. Not bad not bad. It's quite a good movie imo.
The title is a reference to a song which has been revived in my head thanks to my bro. It's so awesome. Erh. Okay goodbye. |
